Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Dreamers of Drift website, operated by Dreamers of Drift LLC, where you browse events, buy spectator tickets and register drivers. Checkout is guest-only: there are no customer accounts or passwords.

• Buyer: name, email, a US phone number (so staff can reach you about the event), and whether you want the newsletter.
• Driver: for a driver registration, the driver's name, email, phone, car number, team or crew, and vehicle make and model. If you tick “driver is the same as buyer”, your buyer name, email and phone are used for the driver.
• Payment: card, wallet and Cash App details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see them; we receive only the outcome, the amount, the tax and Stripe's payment reference.

We do not collect location or advertising identifiers, and we do not store your IP address. Nothing is saved on our side until your payment is authorized: if you leave checkout before then, we keep no record of it.

To complete your order, issue your scan codes, check you in at the gate and at tech inspection, send your ticket email, tell you if a payment was not taken, and contact you about your order. The newsletter is separate and optional.

We set no cookies for visitors. While you shop, your browser tab keeps your cart (which tickets or classes, how many, and which days, with no personal details) in session storage. It is cleared after you pay and disappears when you close the tab.

The checkout page loads Stripe's payment form from Stripe's own servers. Stripe sets its own cookies and collects device information there to prevent fraud, under the Stripe Privacy Policy. That form also loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Every other page uses fonts served by us and contacts no third party.

We use no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

• Stripe processes payments and prevents fraud. It receives the buyer's name, email and phone, the event and items bought, and, for a driver registration, the driver's details listed above. Stripe keeps these records under its own policy.
• Cash App and Link, if you choose to pay with them, under their own terms.
• Resend delivers our ticket and “payment not taken” emails. It receives your email address and the contents of those emails (event, items and scan codes).
• Railway hosts the website and its database.
• Cloudflare (R2) stores the event photos our staff upload. It receives none of your information: the photos reach your browser through our own site.
• Event staff see the buyer's name and driver details at check-in.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Paid orders are kept as financial records; we do not delete them automatically. Stripe and Resend keep their own records under their own policies, including the driver details Stripe receives.

Ticking the newsletter box records your preference. We have not sent any marketing email. To opt out, email [email protected]. Ticket and “payment not taken” emails are about your order, not marketing.

Anyone with your order link or confirmation code can open your order page, which shows the buyer's name, driver names, every scan code and the totals. Treat the link and your ticket email like a password and do not post them publicly. The order page is marked so search engines do not index it.

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We keep paid-order records for accounting, and we cannot currently remove driver details already held by Stripe.

This site is not directed at children under 13. Buyers and drivers must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian, as set out in the Terms.

This policy is effective 10-09-2026. We will post any changes on this page.
