These terms apply to the Dreamers of Drift website, operated by Dreamers of Drift LLC. By using the site or completing checkout you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be 18 or older to buy tickets or register as a driver. Minors may attend or participate only with a parent or guardian.

Nothing is held for you while you check out. Availability is confirmed when your payment is authorized. If the spot sold out, the offering was withdrawn, its price changed, or registration closed in the meantime, the authorization is released and you are not charged, although your bank may briefly show a pending line.

Your order is confirmed when your order page appears; your ticket email follows. Admission and scan codes are issued per event day.

We accept card, wallet and Cash App Pay through Stripe, in US dollars. Prices exclude sales tax; tax at the venue's rate is shown before you pay. Every order requires a payment, so free items can only be added alongside a paid one.

No refunds.

Motorsport is dangerous. You attend and participate at your own risk. A signed waiver is required on site before you enter, and these terms do not replace it.

Drivers must pass tech inspection before running. Staff may refuse or revoke entry to anyone, and venue rules apply.

Each ticket or driver entry has one scan code per day. Each code works once, and a second scan is refused. Codes are not transferable without staff approval.

Events may be delayed, shortened, moved to another venue or canceled for weather or safety. See “Refunds and cancellations” above.

The site and its information are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamers of Drift LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
